Q: Are lottery clubs and pools legal?

LotteryHero does not sell lottery tickets. Only retailers who have been
contracted by the California Lottery Commission are authorized to sell

Q: Where does the money go?
A:100% of all fees go toward ticket purchase. We do not charge a fee to be a
member. Funds are for tickets purchase for pools of up to 10 players
each. Cost for advertising, labor, programming, rent, telephones, insurance, computers, mailing equipment, paper costs, postage, printing, and other overhead are donated.
Q: What is my share of the winnings?
A: LotteryHero never receives any part of your winnings, you get 100% of your share. So, for example, if you are in a Pool #16, you will receive 1/10th of the winnings provided there
are 10 members in the pool. If there is only 7 member you would get 1/7.
Please note all cash prizes under $50 rover over into next draw as well as free replays.
Q: Does LotteryHero staff participate in this club?
A: LHC staff buys pool shares and benefits just as an active member do.
Q: How do Charity Organizations & Humanity Benefit?
A: LHC buy/donate shares for varies charities organizations on a rotating basics. Exsample one charity share would be the same as an indvival player share. So if you
there are 6 shares in a pool 5 shares for players 1 for a charity. Soon members
will be able to vote on favorite cahrity of the month.

Q: What if I forget to check my numbers?
A: No problem. LHC automatically checks the numbers for every pool after
every lottery drawing. You won’t miss out on any of your winnings.
Q: How are Lottery numbers chosen? A: We use a combination of lottery retailer Quick Picks, in-house pick system use by lottery expert. and Wheeling with a twist with software designed by Gail Howard the queen of playing smart. The numbers are selected in advance so they can be posted in member area before drawings.
By the way Gail Wheeling software has a minimum guarantee win. Depending on the wheel you use. Example in pick-6 game, 5 out 6 minimum win are guaranteed to win a 5-number prize if you get all 6 numbers in a chosen set of numbers.
Q: Can I purchase multiple membership shares?
A: Yes.
Q: How much does each pool share cost?
A: $20.
Q: How many tickets does my $20 buys?
A: A minimum of 100 up to 200 plus free plays & roll over. For example if there
is 10 player in a full pool of 10 X $20= 200 tickets. Note this is spread out over eight drawing monthly.
Q: How many tickets do I get if I buy multiple membership shares?
A: See above example just multiply number of share. For instant
if you purchase 2 membership shares. i.e. 2 X 200 = 400 or more tickets is possible.
Q: How soon can you play?
A: Your first draw start with the next draw provided you join a least two days prior to next draw.
Q: What payment method we accept?
A: We use PayPal as our processing service. They use a 128-bit SSL data encryption throughout their web site. All information is only accessible by our staff for processing and contact information. Your information will never be accessible by other members
and will not be given to any third parties.
Also Money Order, Cashier Check. Please note you can note membership is not Active until until funds have been received.
Q: How many membership level does LHC?
A: There are 3
1. Angels are Trial Members
2 Hero are Paid Members
3. Inactive Members are Eagles (just submit payment to upgrade to Hero)
Q: When will I receive my winnings?
A: LotteryHero reports your winnings at the end of each selection on your Winnings Statement located in the Member Area of our website. You may request a check for your share if over $10, otherwise it will be apply to next Super Lotto drawing selection.
If your share of the winnings is $50 or larger, LHC will AUTOMATICALLY mail a check to the address we have on file for you. .WE WILL SEND THE WINNING TICKETS BY PRIVATE CARRIER SUCH AS UPS, FED EX.
Q: How is the jackpot handled? A: LotteryHero will notify each winner by phone and a certified letter along with a claim form.
Q: How can I confirm that the tickets have been purchased for each drawing?
A: Go to members area and see scan copies of purchase tickets. Or at any time
you may request a photocopy of any ticket purchased. Just write to LHC
- PO Box 9142 – Inglewood, CA 90305 USA along with a self-addressed,
stamped envelope Or email us your fax number. Important include your
full name, pool number & draw date in question.
Q: Doesn’t the United States Postal Service have rules regarding lotteries?
A: Yes, In the US Code. Sec. 3005 regarding lotteries and have been on the books for about 50 years. This was written to prevent people from starting their own lotteries.
LotteryHero is not conducting a lottery — we are merely a club playing the California lottery. Another statute frequently referred to is Sec. 1302 – Mailing lottery tickets or related matter. We do not mail any lottery tickets or California lottery materials through the mail.
Q: How offten do we play the lottery?

Q: Do I have to pay taxes if I win a prize?
A: Yes. Any individual (US resident or foreigner) winning a prize of $600 or more in the USA must pay federal tax.
No state tax on Lottery winnings if you choose “Lump Sum Cash Value,” federal tax will be withheld from your winnings at the rate of 25% for US citizens and 30% for all others. If you choose the “Annual Payment” option you will be responsible for paying federal tax on an annual basis and the rate will vary year to year.
